It starts with a short form, no phone call required, no long back-and-forth. You tell us the basics: the event type, the date, your approximate guest count, and which INVÉ tier feels right. No commitment at this stage, just a conversation starter. Our creative team responds within 24 hours.

We Take Your Brief

Once you are ready to go ahead, you complete a brief form at your own pace. Event name, date, venue, dress code, meal options, any custom questions you want your guests to answer. If you are on Plus and above, share your preferred colours and style. Signature and above, add a personal message or story. The brief takes around 10 to 15 minutes and is the most we will ever ask of you.

We Design and Build Your Invite

This is where we go to work. We build a fully bespoke invite page designed around your event: the theme, the colours, the tone, the feeling. Nothing is templated, nothing is off-the-shelf. Your digital invite is ready within 48 hours of your completed brief. If you have chosen a physical tier, those elements take 2 to 4 weeks.

What exactly is INVÉ and what do you do?+
INVÉ is a UK-based, done-for-you event experience studio. We build bespoke digital invites, luxury surprise boxes, and physical stationery for people who want their event to feel considered from the very first touchpoint. You tell us about your celebration, we handle everything, and your guests receive something that feels genuinely made for them.
What kind of events does INVÉ work with?+
Every kind of celebration, handled with the same level of care: birthdays, milestone celebrations, weddings and pre-wedding events, cultural ceremonies, corporate galas, christenings, baby showers, and anniversaries. If there are guests to invite and something worth celebrating, we are here for it.
Where is INVÉ based? Can you work with clients outside London?+
INVÉ is based in London, UK. Our digital invite tiers can serve clients anywhere in the world since the invite is a link and geography does not matter. For our physical tiers, we work with suppliers who ship across the UK and internationally, though shipping costs outside the UK may vary.
How does the digital invite actually work?+
Once your invite is live, you receive a unique link and share it however you like: WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any platform you prefer. Your guests click the link, land on a beautiful event page with everything they need, and RSVP in under two minutes. No app to download. No account to create. No friction. QR codes are available on request at a small charge.
What is the private host dashboard?+
The host dashboard is a private, password-protected page that only you can access. It shows every RSVP in real time: who is attending, who has declined, and what meal each guest has chosen where applicable. You can filter, search, and download your full guest list as a CSV file. Available from INVÉ Plus and above.
Can I update my invite after it goes live?+
Yes. INVÉ Plus includes 1 free revision after launch. INVÉ Signature, Deluxe, and Grand include 5 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond your allowance are charged at £10 per revision.
Do you collect my guests' personal data?+
We collect only what is necessary: guest name, attendance, meal preference, and dietary requirements. Guest email addresses and phone numbers are collected only for event delivery purposes such as reminder emails. Guest data is shared only with you as the event host and is never used for marketing.
What does a luxury physical invite include?+
Our physical invite suites are curated to your event. Options include acrylic printed invite cards, luxury heavyweight paper, velvet envelopes, wax seals, and satin or grosgrain ribbon. Every physical suite includes the digital version as standard. The exact contents depend on your brief and budget, and we discuss this before providing a full quote.
What is a surprise box and what goes inside?+
A surprise box is a curated, branded gift box sent to your guests before the event, building anticipation and creating a memorable moment before anyone has arrived. Contents are tailored to your event and typically include a wax-sealed invite, a personalised note from the host, and a small keepsake. Each box is presented in INVÉ-branded outer packaging. Available on INVÉ Grand Event tier.
Why is there a minimum of 20 units for physical tiers?+
Our luxury physical invites and surprise boxes are produced through specialist suppliers who require a minimum order to ensure quality and consistency. This also allows us to negotiate better pricing on your behalf. If your guest count is below 20, we recommend our Signature digital tier and can discuss alternatives for VIP guests.
How much does INVÉ cost?+
INVÉ Basic: £49 (digital invite). INVÉ Plus: £99 (digital with host dashboard). INVÉ Signature: £199 (fully styled digital). INVÉ Deluxe: £350 digital fee plus physical invites charged separately per unit, minimum 20. INVÉ Grand Event: £500 digital fee plus surprise boxes and/or physical invites charged separately per unit, minimum 20. Additional revisions are charged at £10 each.
How do I pay?+
We accept both card payments and bank transfers. A payment link is provided at checkout once your booking is confirmed. Full payment of the tier fee is required before we begin work. For Deluxe and Grand tiers, physical unit costs are invoiced separately once your quote has been approved.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you cancel before we start work on your brief, we will refund you in full. Once work has begun, we are unable to refund as our time and creative work has already been invested. For physical tiers, once print has gone to production, those costs cannot be reversed. We will always be transparent with you about where we are in the process.
How quickly will my invite be ready?+
For all digital tiers, your invite page is ready within 48 hours of your completed brief being submitted. For Deluxe and Grand tiers involving physical elements, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks before your intended send date to allow for design, approval, print production, and delivery.
Do I need to be technical to use INVÉ?+
Not at all. You fill in a brief form, we build everything, and you receive a link. That is genuinely it. No design tools, no platforms to learn, no technical knowledge required. INVÉ is entirely done for you from start to finish.
Can I share my invite link on social media?+
Yes, absolutely. Your invite link can be shared on any platform of your choice: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, TikTok, or any other channel. We can also create a QR code on request, which works well for printed materials or physical invites. QR codes are available at a small additional charge.

How INVÉ collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Who we are

INVÉ is a UK-based, done-for-you event experience studio. We design and build bespoke digital invites, luxury surprise boxes, and physical stationery for celebrations.

We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us directly. For personal information we collect about your guests on your behalf, we act as a data processor. You, as the event host, remain the controller of that data.

What personal information we collect

From clients (event hosts): your name, email address, phone number, event details (type, date, venue, guest count), payment information, and any additional information you choose to share in your brief.

From your guests, on your behalf: guest name, attendance response, meal preference, dietary requirements, and any additional information collected via the RSVP form fields you request. Guest email addresses and phone numbers are only collected where you have asked us to include those fields.

From website visitors: analytics data (only with your consent) including pages visited and approximate location. No analytics cookies are placed without your explicit consent.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

To deliver your invite service: we use your contact details and brief to build and deliver your event invite. Our lawful basis is contract: processing is necessary to fulfil the service you have engaged us for.

To manage your booking and payments: we use your details to confirm bookings, send payment links, and manage any revisions or changes. Our lawful basis is contract.

To send guest reminder emails: where you have chosen a tier that includes reminder emails, we use the guest email addresses you have collected to send automated reminders on your behalf. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (yours, as the event host, in ensuring your guests are informed).

To respond to enquiries: we use contact information submitted through our forms to respond to questions and service requests. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Analytics: only with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time using Cookie Preferences in the footer.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Payment processors: when you make a payment, your payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store card details ourselves.

You, as the event host: all guest RSVP data collected via your invite is shared directly with you through your host dashboard and CSV download. You are responsible for how you use and store that guest data.

Legal obligation: we may disclose information where required to do so by law or to comply with a regulatory requirement.

How long we keep your information

We retain client information for the duration of your project and for six years afterwards. This six-year period covers our obligations under the Limitation Act 1980 in respect of any contract disputes. We do not retain information longer than necessary for these purposes.

Guest RSVP data is retained for the duration of your event project. We delete guest data from our systems within 30 days of your event date or project completion, whichever is earlier, unless you request otherwise in writing. Enquiry data from non-converting enquiries is deleted within 12 months if no booking follows.

International transfers

Our primary services are delivered from within the UK. All fonts used on this website are served directly from our own servers. No font files are requested from Google or any other third-party service, so no data is transferred as a result of loading this website's typography. Where any other third-party tools process data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to ensure your data is protected to a UK GDPR standard.

We keep our reliance on external third-party services under regular review and seek to minimise international data transfers wherever possible.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of them, contact us at contact@byinve.com. We will respond within one month.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of INVÉ and the services we provide.

These terms apply to all services provided by INVÉ (Drajis Limited). By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear before you commit, please contact us at contact@byinve.com and we will explain it plainly.

1. About us

INVÉ is a trading name of Drajis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 16464814. VAT Registration No. 577 0926758. 2. How the contract is formed

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract exists once you have received written confirmation from INVÉ and payment of the service fee has been received. Work does not begin until both conditions are met and your completed brief has been submitted.

3. Our services

INVÉ provides bespoke, done-for-you services across five tiers. All work is created from scratch to your brief. The final output may differ from reference examples, as each invite is designed specifically for your event.

For physical tiers, the service fee covers creative and digital work only. Physical production costs are quoted and invoiced separately, and no physical costs are incurred until you have approved the quote in writing.

4. Delivery timelines

Digital invites are delivered within 48 hours of your completed brief being received, not from the date of payment. For physical tiers, we recommend allowing at least 3 to 4 weeks from completed brief to send date. We will provide a project timeline at the start of your booking.

Timelines may be affected by incomplete briefs, delays in approval rounds, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any changes promptly.

5. Revisions

Each tier includes a specified number of free revision rounds. A revision round is a single set of feedback submitted at one time. Additional rounds beyond your allowance are charged at £10 per round.

Significant changes to the brief after work has begun may be treated as a new scope and may incur an additional charge, which we will agree with you before proceeding.

6. Payment

Payment in full is required before work begins. We accept card payments and bank transfers. For physical tiers, the digital service fee is payable upfront and physical production costs are invoiced separately after quote approval.

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. INVÉ (Drajis Limited) is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom (VAT No. 577 0926758). VAT will be applied where applicable and shown separately at the point of invoice.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Before work begins: full refund of the service fee if you cancel before submitting your brief and before any creative work has started.

After work has begun: no refund once the brief has been received and creative work has started, as time and resource have been committed.

Physical production: once physical elements have entered production, those costs are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

8. Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract without giving a reason.

Because we begin work promptly after booking to meet our 48-hour delivery commitment, you will be asked at the point of booking to expressly agree that you want work to begin immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that this statutory right to cancel is lost once creative work has started. This confirmation will be clearly presented and must be given before work begins.

9. Intellectual property

All creative work remains the intellectual property of INVÉ (Drajis Limited) until full payment is received, at which point you are granted a licence to use the deliverables for the specific event for which they were created.

INVÉ retains the right to use completed project images and descriptions for our own portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before work begins.

Any content you provide must be owned by you or used with appropriate rights. By providing it, you confirm this and accept responsibility for any third-party claims arising from it.

10. Our liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid to INVÉ for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, event-related costs, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Third-party suppliers

For physical tiers, we manage specialist suppliers on your behalf. INVÉ is not liable for delays or defects caused solely by a third party. Where issues arise, we will work with you to find a resolution.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Data processing: your guests

Where you ask us to collect personal data from your guests (such as RSVP responses, meal preferences, or dietary requirements), the following applies under UK GDPR.

You are the data controller. You, as the event host, are the data controller for all guest personal data collected via your invite. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect that data and for informing your guests that their data will be processed by INVÉ on your behalf.

We are the data processor. INVÉ processes guest data solely on your instructions and only for the purpose of delivering your event invite service, including collecting RSVPs, sending reminder emails where included in your tier, and providing your host dashboard. We do not use guest data for any other purpose.

Security and retention. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect guest data. We delete guest data within 30 days of your event date or project completion, whichever is earlier, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.

By confirming your booking, you agree to this data processing arrangement as required under Article 28 of UK GDPR. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@byinve.com.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking. We will not apply revised terms retrospectively.
