What exactly is INVÉ and what do you do?+
INVÉ is a UK-based, done-for-you event experience studio. We build bespoke digital invites, luxury surprise boxes, and physical stationery for people who want their event to feel considered from the very first touchpoint. You tell us about your celebration, we handle everything, and your guests receive something that feels genuinely made for them.
What kind of events does INVÉ work with?+
Every kind of celebration, handled with the same level of care: birthdays, milestone celebrations, weddings and pre-wedding events, cultural ceremonies, corporate galas, christenings, baby showers, and anniversaries. If there are guests to invite and something worth celebrating, we are here for it.
Where is INVÉ based? Can you work with clients outside London?+
INVÉ is based in London, UK. Our digital invite tiers can serve clients anywhere in the world since the invite is a link and geography does not matter. For our physical tiers, we work with suppliers who ship across the UK and internationally, though shipping costs outside the UK may vary.
How does the digital invite actually work?+
Once your invite is live, you receive a unique link and share it however you like: WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any platform you prefer. Your guests click the link, land on a beautiful event page with everything they need, and RSVP in under two minutes. No app to download. No account to create. No friction. A QR code is available free of charge if you would like one for printed materials or on-the-day check-in.
What is the private host dashboard?+
The host dashboard is a private, password-protected page that only you can access. It shows every RSVP in real time: who is attending, who has declined, and what meal each guest has chosen where applicable. You can filter, search, and download your full guest list as a CSV file. Available on every INVÉ tier, with the fullest view unlocked from Plus upwards.
Can I update my invite after it goes live?+
Yes. INVÉ Plus includes 1 free revision after launch. INVÉ Signature includes 2 free revisions. INVÉ Deluxe and Grand each include 5 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond your allowance are charged at £10 per revision.
Do you collect my guests' personal data?+
We collect only what is necessary: guest name, attendance, meal preference, and dietary requirements. Guest email addresses and phone numbers are collected only for event delivery purposes such as reminders and updates. Guest data is shared only with you as the event host and is never used for marketing.
What does a luxury physical invite include?+
Our physical invite suites are curated to your event. Options include acrylic printed invite cards, luxury heavyweight paper, velvet envelopes, wax seals, and satin or grosgrain ribbon. Every physical suite includes the digital version as standard. The exact contents depend on your brief and budget, and we discuss this before providing a full quote.
What is a surprise box and what goes inside?+
A surprise box is a curated, branded gift box sent to your guests before the event, building anticipation and creating a memorable moment before anyone has arrived. Contents are tailored to your event and typically include a wax-sealed invite, a personalised note from the host, and a small keepsake. Each box is presented in INVÉ-branded outer packaging. Available on INVÉ Grand Event tier.
Why is there a minimum of 20 units for physical tiers?+
Our luxury physical invites and surprise boxes are produced through specialist suppliers who require a minimum order to ensure quality and consistency. This also allows us to negotiate better pricing on your behalf. If your guest count is below 20, we recommend our Signature digital tier and can discuss alternatives for VIP guests.
How much does INVÉ cost?+
INVÉ Basic: £49 (digital invite). INVÉ Plus: £99 (digital with photo gallery, Wishes Wall, and full host dashboard). INVÉ Signature: £199 (fully considered digital with Memory Book and AI planning assistant). INVÉ Deluxe: £300 digital fee plus physical invites charged separately per unit, minimum 20. INVÉ Grand Event: £500 digital fee plus surprise boxes and/or physical invites charged separately per unit, minimum 20. Additional revisions are charged at £10 each.
How do I pay?+
We accept both card payments and bank transfers. A payment link is provided at checkout once your booking is confirmed. Full payment of the tier fee is required before we begin work. For Deluxe and Grand tiers, physical unit costs are invoiced separately once your quote has been approved.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you cancel before we start work on your brief, we will refund you in full. Once work has begun, we are unable to refund as our time and creative work has already been invested. For physical tiers, once print has gone to production, those costs cannot be reversed. We will always be transparent with you about where we are in the process.
How quickly will my invite be ready?+
For all digital tiers, your invite page is ready within 48 hours of your completed brief being submitted. For Deluxe and Grand tiers involving physical elements, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks before your intended send date to allow for design, approval, print production, and delivery.
Do I need to be technical to use INVÉ?+
Not at all. You fill in a brief form, we build everything, and you receive a link. That is genuinely it. No design tools, no platforms to learn, no technical knowledge required. INVÉ is entirely done for you from start to finish.
Can I share my invite link on social media?+
Yes, absolutely. Your invite link can be shared on any platform of your choice: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, TikTok, or any other channel. We can also create a QR code for you, which works well for printed materials or physical invites. QR codes are included free of charge if you would like one.
